Subscription and cancellation policy

Plans
- LC9 Premium monthly: £9.99 per month.
- LC9 Premium annual: £99.99 per year.
- Each plan covers up to 3 computers. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Free trial
- New customers can try Premium free for 7 days. One trial per person.
- A payment card is needed to start the trial. You aren't charged during the trial.
- Checkout shows the date your trial ends. We email a reminder 3 days before.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you're charged the price of the plan you chose, then every month or year until you cancel.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. For annual plans we email you at least 14 days before renewal. If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
How to cancel
Sign in, open My subscription and choose Cancel subscription. It takes a couple of clicks and you don't need to contact us.
- Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
- Cancel after that and Premium keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. It won't renew.
- After Premium ends, LC9 Free keeps working on your computers.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we email you and try again over the following days. Premium keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that your computers switch to LC9 Free.
